Delivery & return
What are the delivery terms?
Items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days after order confirmation, unless explicitly stated otherwise on each product sheet (for instance, for pre-order items).
In order to ensure smooth delivery, we propose sign-on-receipt delivery at your home/chosen address. The icing on the cake? Delivery is on us! Delivery times generally vary from 1 to 3 days after dispatch.
Parisian for a day? You can collect your order at our shop, 18 rue Henry Monnier Paris 9. The shop is opened from Wednesday to Saturday, 11am - 7pm. On Mondays and Tuesdays, we welcome you by appointment. All you need to do is booking your preferred time slot just here, or call us at +33 1 46 27 12 85.
We deliver to all countries of the European Union, at your preferred home/chosen address. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check-out, depending on the country of destination, and remain at your expenses.
International (outside EU)
We can ship our dresses worldwide, with an international delivery option at your home/chosen address. Shipping costs remain at your expense. We draw your attention to the fact that custom fees may apply depending on your location. Make sure to check the applicable duties and taxes of your country on imported goods before passing your order.
What are the terms of return?
Place your order with light heart: should your new dress not fit, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of retraction, without having to justify any reason. The deadline starts the day after the day of order receipt.
Send us your return request at email@example.com before the expiration of the aforementioned 14-day period. Please make sure to specify the order number and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return.
Except in the case of defective item(s), return shipping costs are expressly borne by the Customer, who can entrust the carrier provider of his/her choice. Shipping shall be addressed to our home office address only (no shipping to a collection point). Please note that the Client will remain responsible for the package until received on our premises.
Living in Paris? You can return your order at our shop, 18 rue Henry Monnier Paris 9e, before the aforementioned 14-day period.
Careful! For the exercise of this right of retraction, the returned product must be returned in a condition allowing its immediate resale. The product must therefore be returned in new condition, along with all the various manuals and accessories with which it was delivered, and in its original packaging. Carlos-Carlos Paris reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the product if all of these conditions are not met.
What are the terms of reimbursement?
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, and provided the return conditions are met (see "what are the terms of return?"), your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 3 working days. You will be refunded directly to the payment method used when passing the order.
Do you accept exchanges?
Should you need to exchange your dream dress for another size, or to switch for another model, simply follow the return policy and place a new order.
You will receive the reimbursement for your initial order within a maximum of 3 working days, provided the conditions for return are met (see "what are the terms for return?").
