At Carlos-Carlos Paris, we put all our heart and energy to offer you quality dresses with an assertive style. Our DNA is built on the following key pillars:

To cut a long story short, our little extra is to offer you dresses whose quality is matched only by their cheekiness and uniqueness.
At which frequency do you propose new designs?
Our primary ambition is to create quality dresses- dresses designed and manufactured to live by your side, season after season, without taking a wrinkle.
With that in mind, and in order to limit as much as possible our carbon footprint, we aim to break away from the traditional “spring/summer” or “autumn/winter” drops, by offering dresses that can be worn all year round. This goes through the choice of materials, obviously, but also in the very design of the dresses.
Hence, we offer new designs without imposed seasonality but rather according to our inspiration and the little beauties we find among luxury dormant stocks.

What are the delivery terms?
Good news! We ship worldwide.
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation, unless explicitly stated otherwise on each product sheet (case of pre-order items).
Depending on the country of destination, shipping options may include
- Standard shipping at home against signature
- Shipping to a Pick-up & Go location
- Click'n collect in our Parisian boutique
If you are living in Paris, you can also enjoy fast & eco-friendly courier delivery by appointment (for orders of 300€ min.).
The delivery methods available for your address are updated automatically once the items have been added to the basket and the delivery postal code entered.
Prices are fixed and depend on the country of destination. They are expressed in euros and all taxes included. Shipping is offered for all orders above 500 euros.
What are the terms of return?
Place your order with light heart: should your new dress not fit, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of retraction. The deadline starts the day after the day of order receipt.
Send us your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org before the expiration of the aforementioned 14-day period. Please make sure to specify the order number and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return costs are on us.
Living in Paris? You can return your order at our shop, 18 rue Henry Monnier Paris IX, before the aforementioned 14-day period.
Careful! The product must be returned in a condition allowing its immediate resale. The product must therefore be returned in new condition, along with all the various manuals and accessories with which it was delivered, and in its original packaging. Carlos-Carlos Paris reserves the right to refuse the reimbursement of the product if any of these conditions is not met.
What are the terms of reimbursement?
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, and provided the return conditions are met (see "what are the terms of return?"), your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.
You will be refunded directly through the payment method used when passing the order. Is refunded the price of the product(s) returned, excluding shipping fees.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
Should you need to exchange your dream dress for another size, or to switch for another model, simply follow the return policy and place a new order.
You will receive the reimbursement for your initial order within a maximum of 14 days, provided the conditions for return are met (see "what are the terms for return?").

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
Not necessarily. You can create an account, or simply place an order as a "guest". However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so you can easily follow the progress of your order and download your invoices.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time right from your Carlos-Carlos Paris' Customer account, in your orders section. An e-mail containing the tracking number is also automatically sent to you when your order package is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
There are several secured ways to pay.
1) Debit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express. To pay by card, select “Card” in the payment options. Your bank details are transmitted directly to the bank and are not stored.
2) PayPal: to pay via PayPal, select “PayPal” in the payment options, then click on “Confirm Payment.” You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
3) Alma: thanks to our partner Alma, you can choose to pay your order in 2, 3 or 4 times at the check-out. Fees are on us. Some restrictions may apply (min. order, country of domiciliation, type of product).
Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secured by Shopify which ensures the registration of the payment order, and the security of the payment itself.
In the same way, if you wish to save the payment card used so that you can easily reuse it for a future order, rest assured: the details of the payment card are saved on our partner's servers and not on our site.
