The Brand

Though I can't explain why, to me, "Carlos" sounds deliciously Seventies. This glorious era our dresses seem to come straight out from. Besides, can you think of something cheekier than a typically masculine name for a Brand dedicated to dresses? 

At Carlos-Carlos Paris, we put all our heart and energy to offer you quality dresses with an assertive style. Our DNA is built on the following key pillars:

1) Made in France from head to toe

2) Conscious manufacturing throughout the entire process: upcycling; limited editions; high-quality fabrics, timeless cuts - you choose!

3) Assertive cuts, and truly original designs - all registered.

To cut a long story short, our little extra is to offer you dresses whose quality is matched only by their cheekiness and uniqueness.

Our primary ambition is to create quality dresses- dresses designed and manufactured to live by your side, season after season, without taking a wrinkle.

With that in mind, and in order to limit as much as possible our carbon footprint, we aim to break away from the traditional “spring/summer” or “autumn/winter” drops, by offering dresses that can be worn all year round. This goes through the choice of materials, obviously, but also in the very design of the dresses.

Hence, we offer new designs without imposed seasonality but rather according to our inspiration and the little beauties we find among luxury dormant stocks. 

Delivery & return

Items in stock will be shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation, unless explicitly stated otherwise on each product sheet (for instance, for pre-order items).

In France

Delivery to a collection point is on the house. You can also opt for standard or express delivery at your home/chosen address, at your expense. Delivery times generally vary from 1 to 3 days after dispatch, depending on the shipping option chosen when ordering.

Parisian for a day? We can organize a "click and collect" delivery! After confirming your order, please send us an e-mail at bonjour@carloscarlos-paris.fr so we can fix an appointment.

European Union

We deliver to all countries of the European Union, either at home/chosen address or to a collection point. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check-out, depending on the country of destination, and remain at your expenses.

International (outside EU)

We can ship our dresses worldwide, with an international delivery option at your home/chosen address. Shipping costs remain at your expense. We draw your attention to the fact that custom fees may apply depending on your location. Make sure to check the applicable duties and taxes of your country on imported goods before passing your order.

Place your order with light heart: should your new dress not fit, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of retraction, without having to justify any reason. The deadline starts the day after the day of order receipt. 

Send us your return request at bonjour@carloscarlos-paris.fr before the expiration of the aforementioned 14-day period. Please make sure to specify the order number and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return. 

Except in the case of defective item(s), return shipping costs are expressly borne by the Customer, who can entrust the carrier provider of his/her choice. Shipping shall be addressed to our home office address only (no shipping to a collection point). Please note that the Client will remain responsible for the package until received on our premises.

Living in Paris? We can settle an appointment so you can return your purchase easily! Follow the return procedure and send us an email at bonjour@carloscarlos-paris.fr.

Carreful! For the exercise of this right of retraction, the returned product must be returned in a condition allowing its immediate resale. The product must therefore be returned in new condition, along with all the various manuals and accessories with which it was delivered, and in its original packaging. Carlos-Carlos Paris reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the product if all of these conditions are not met. 

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, and provided the return conditions are met (see "what are the terms of return?"), your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 7 working days. You will be refunded directly to the payment method used when passing the order.

Should you need to exchange your dream dress for another size, or to switch for another model, simply follow the return policy and place a new order.

You will receive the reimbursement for your initial order within a maximum of 7 working days, provided the conditions for return are met (see "what are the terms for return?").

Order

Not necessarily. You can create an account, or simply place an order as a "guest". However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so you can easily follow the progress of your order and download your invoices.

You can check the status of your order at any time right from your Carlos-Carlos Paris' Customer account, in your orders section. An e-mail containing the tracking number is also automatically sent to you when your order package is dispatched.

There are several secured ways to pay

1) Debit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express. To pay by card, select “Card” in the payment options. Your bank details are transmitted directly to the bank and are not stored.

2) PayPal: to pay via PayPal, select “PayPal” in the payment options, then click on “Confirm Payment.” You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.

Your payment is secured by Shopify which ensures the registration of the payment order, and the security of the payment itself.

In the same way, if you wish to save the payment card used so that you can easily reuse it for a future order, rest assured: the details of the payment card are saved on our partner's servers and not on our site.
