From the icon it is named after, our Jackie dress has inherited a timeless and minimalist style - or so it seems! Shirt dress, cape dress, or smock dress? Our Jackie is all of these and (so much) more. With its A-line cut, front/back asymmetry, 3/4 flared sleeves, exquisite volume and fabric - a luminous haute couture blue virgin wool... Jackie will be a partner of choice for those seeking to combine timeless chic and freedom of movement.
Jackie can be worn on any circumstance and all year round: in its simplest form on sunny days, as well as over a skinny pull-over and paired with boots in winter. A truly Couture piece to wear, cherish for a lifetime and pass on in due time.
Good news! Jackie can be washed at home, either by hand or using your washing machine but with some caution due to the exceptional nature of its fabric. More specifically, wash it in a laundry bag at a maximum of 30°C, on a gentle cycle, without the spin. For drying: lay flat and air dry (absolutely no tumble drying!). For ironing, choose the "delicate-wool" mode of your iron. Any doubt? Entrust your loved one to an ecological laundry or call us for further advice!
Over the year
🌻 In Spring-Summer: no question to ask! On sunny days, Jackie will be perfect as it is, paired with a pair of espadrilles, sandals or white sneakers. If I had to pick just one, I would say that the one key benefit of a well-cut dress is that it is self-sufficient! Its natural satin-silk material and ample volume make it very breathable. A true delight when temperatures start to rise.
🍁 In Fall/Winter: on cooler days, we love to wear Jackie over a high-necked skinny pullover with semi-opaque tights and high boots - full black, to enhance the luminous blue color of Jackie.
Jackie fits true to size. If you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one for more ease.
Youna is 1m75 and wears a size 36 for her usual 36.
Scarlett is 1m60 and wears a size 34 for her usual 34.
